These are the standard essential oil bottles found on the market today and have become a priceless container for their valued "drop by drop" reducer.
Each bottle comes with an accompanying black cap and reducer, which is fitted within the top of the bottle.
Each bulb glass dropper has three components, the pipette, the cap, and the bulb.
The pipette is composed of type III glass and tapers at the end for a controlled drop. The ribbed caps are composed of polypropylene.
Polypropylene is a type of plastic that is widely used in the construction of caps due to the high durability, good resistances to many compounds, and can be cleaned and sterilized in many different ways.
Vertical droppers are able to meet the strict requirement of exact dosage. When a bottle is held at 180° (upside down), very exact drop volumes are produced with low tolerances.
The drop drips centrally from the drop pipe that is set in the middle and doesn’t touch the rim. The air pipe is positioned at the side. The drop speed and the drop size and/or weight depend on the diameter of the drop and air pipes as well as on the consistency of the fluid. You can easily identify a Vertical Dropper by the ‘long’ air pipe on the side of the component.
While we typically find that a standard orifice is a proper fit for most uses, we can offer a wide range of different vertical dropper variants in order to meet the different dosage requirements.
